1. How quickly do I receive my order?
Your order will be processed in a very short time and will be delivered within 48h for Italy, 3-5 working days for Europe, 7-10 working days for the rest of the world.
2. Can I return a product if it is not what I expected?
We guarantee return within 15 days of receipt if the product does not meet expectations. Just send us an e-mail, or contact us by phone to receive the address to which to ship the product, specifying whether to receive a full refund or a different product.

4. I would like to give a perfume as a gift, how can I do it?
You can purchase a digital gift card and send it to the recipient.
Or complete a purchase by entering the recipient’s address directly, specifying in the order notes that it is a gift package.
5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping by Express Courier costs 5€. If the order is equal to or greater than 200 €, shipping will be free.
